TCC is a successful comprehensive school at the heart of the community, serving approximately 1000 students between the ages of 11 – 19 from across Torpoint, the Rame Peninsula and Plymouth situated in South East Cornwall providing high quality learning opportunities and successful outcomes for all our students.

Our mission is ‘to inspire optimistic learners able to thrive in a challenging world’ and you will find this underpinning all our developments:  we put our learners and learning first.  In 2008 we successfully redesignated as a specialist college for Humanities. We offer rich learning experiences that develop literacies, celebrate cultural diversity, lead to understanding of how historical events impact on our futures and help develop a sustainable society.

We value working in partnership with parents and carers to support and challenge the College so we continue to improve for the benefit of our learners.  We enjoy working in partnership with other schools and training providers, businesses and employers and Higher Education Institutions and organisations locally, nationally and internationally in order to realise the best opportunities available for our learners and add value to these organisations.
