Learning for Life

Students at TCC have spent another Learning for Life day taking part in activities to enhance their understanding and appreciation of the world around them.

Year 7 and 8 students took part in a recycling day which was supported by Claire Wallerstein on behalf of the beach cleaning group, Rame Peninsula Beach Care.

The group have collected more than 1000 sacks of rubbish from local beaches over the past year, which equates to 8 tonnes of plastic rubbish.

The Kensa Gallery, at the College, hosted a display of recycled marine litter art produced by local artists.

Students in other years took part in health awareness workshops,  revision and study techniques and maths related sessions.
