Refunds

Refunds have now been processed for the Year 13 Ball and the Psychology “Brain Day” event.Refunds have also been processed for the Year 11 and Year 13 balances remaining in  your child’s Cashless Catering Account. If you do not receive a refund, it could be because your child paid cash directly into the Finance Office or you credited your account via PayPoint. If this is the case, where available, the balance will be transferred to siblings or, if they do not have a sibling at the College, a cash refund will be given on our return and you will be notified once this has been processed.

To access your refund, please follow the instructions below:

Login into your ParentPay account. In the “My Account” section, at the bottom of the screen, there is a “Withdraw” button. By pressing this, the money will go back into the account you originally made the payment from.
