Recently  Science class 7.2A rose to the challenge of making a model cell over the weekend using items found at home. They did absolutely brilliantly as you can see from the photos; the models were admired by other Science teachers and our technicians, A-level Biologists and other students, not just myself. The variety of materials used and the ingenuity shown was impressive – everything from newspaper, shoeboxes, buttons, pasta, rice and dried peas to more traditional modelling materials like play dough and clay. Well done everybody!
