We might arrange for a student mentor to meet with you or you might have an idea for someone you would like to talk to and we can arrange this for you. EEFO Health Promotion Service - 'It's for young people and the issues they face...' Children's & Young People's Version of the Joint Area Review Report Cornwall's Children's Services Authority area underwent a Joint Area Review (JAR) in 2008. A requirement of the Joint Area Review is to communicate the findings to children and young people. As part of the Action Plan that was created following the JAR Report, a leaflet has been produced that explains the objectives of the Review and what the inspectors had to say about Cornwalls Children & Young People's services, including health, social care and education.
