New Apprenticeship Opportunity
A new Apprenticeship scheme has been launched by the Ministry of Defence -the Naval Base Commander Devonport Engineering Apprenticeship scheme will be based in HM Naval Base Devonport, Plymouth.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on a range of engineering and defence projects whilst undertaking a comprehensive course of practical, vocational and academic training, on a 42- month Technical Support Apprenticeship, starting September 2024.

Entry requirements will include applicants having (or predicted to have) GCSE English Language, Maths and a Science, all at grade C/level 4 or above (or equivalent) including an interest/or experience in STEM and/or engineering.
Applicants must be 16 by the starting date and be hard working, committed and motivated to succeed.
A competitive salary of £24,040 per annum will be paid over each phase of the apprenticeship.
