This was the first session of our Post 16 practical workshops where students learnt to make healthy and nutritious dishes that they could use at university or to further their independent skills at home.
It took place after school and our team of Year 13 produced some amazing sweet potato falafels, tzatziki and pickled onions served with houmous, pitta bread and wraps. The students then ate their results and all agreed how easy and tasty the falafels were to make. Many thanks to Miss Baker for running this. Year 12 also had a workshop the following week.
