The Year 9 and 10 netball squad have been training hard for forthcoming fixtures. One Year 9 team are away to Penryn for the National Cup County round this weekend . Two further Year 9 netball teams and a Year 10 team are away to Callington in the next few weeks for their first rounds of the East Cornwall league. We wish them all the best!
Year 13 Ctec Sport A Level course
TCC A Level sport students are in the process of applying for apprenticeships and University courses ranging from Physiotherapy, Injury Rehabilitation, Sports Therapy to Marine Studies.
They have just completed a unit for Exercise for Specific Groups and have had to plan and teach a series of fitness sessions for different populations such as the elderly, pregnancy, and young children. This included medical conditions such as back pain, arthritis, and obesity for their assessments. They have now moved on to their Sports Injury and rehabilitation unit.
