We had another successful walk on Sunday 20th November for students training for the Ten Tors Challenge.
The teams started at Pork Hill Car Park and finished ahead of time at Willsworthy Car Park on the east side of Dartmoor. The weather remained unsettled with some heavy showers, but also with some sunny intervals at times which helped brighten the students’ day! Two of the teams had to have their route slightly altered as they found the Walkham River impassable. This didn’t deter the students or the adults walking with them.
Once again well done to all involved and thank you to the adult volunteers for their ongoing support.
